Following the success of the 2004 Southern Living Idea House at The Georgia Club, the partnership continues with the introduction of the Southern Living Home Plan Collection at The Georgia Club. The Collection features attractive, inviting home plans that maintain The Georgia Club's architectural commitment to excellence. The plans in the collection, which are re-designed from some of Southern Living's most popular, are exclusive to The Georgia Club.

The Collection currently includes seven floor plans, with the potential to expand the inventory based on demand. They range in size from 3,400 to more than 4,500-square-feet, not including basements. Enhancements to the plans include enlarging some room sizes, expanding ceiling heights, creating two-and-a-half and three-car garages, enhancing kitchens and bathrooms, and creating outdoor rooms.
