The Georgia Club is proud to announce two new types of home product sure to appeal to those who are looking for a manageable size house without sacrificing distinctiveness, quality and detailing. North Hill is in full construction mode on the first homes ranging in size from 2,400 to 4,800-square-feet. Furnished models will be open by late this year. The three products offered in North Hill include:

The courtyards will feature a collection of outdoor entertaining elements including small swimming pools, fountains, summer kitchens and fireplaces within the deep covered loggia areas. They are built by Chesapeake Development.
		The Boulevard Home Collection -- The Boulevard Home Collection features five home plans built by Gary and Olsson. The Boulevard Homes feature main-floor master bedrooms, plus two to four additional bedrooms, living space and garages that access a back alley.

Custom Home Sites - some of the last homesites available on the original 18 holes of The Chancellors Course, these sites are available for purchase to build your approved plan by one of The Georgia Club's builders.
